We like to keep things clear so our terms of trading are short and to the point.

 
We offer to sell the goods and products as advertised on our web site – partyplanet.org.uk – at the price shown.
 
You – the customer – buy the products you want and pay by credit/debit card through our Paypal secure payment service.
Alternatively you may pay by cheque or bank transfer.
When we receive your order and cleared payment we will dispatch the goods on our overnight delivery service (U.K. Mainland only).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt but would ask you to allow 7 – 14 days in the event that stock is not available. If you need your order faster, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to assist you. It is your responsibility to make arrangements for parcels to be received at the delivery address.
If we cannot deliver through no fault of our, or our couriers, we will charge a 25% restocking charge before refunding your payment. For overseas orders, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
If you are unhappy with anything you purchase from us, you may return it unopened and in its original packing within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the costs of the goods purchased, or we will replace the goods with an alternative at your request.
Please note there are exceptions to this refund policy. We do not refund on Wigs, Costumes, make up or seasonal goods, except where those goods are faulty. All costumes and wigs are checked by our staff before dispatch.

We appreciate that you do not want to be showered with loads of junk mail so we will never pass on your details to any one else. We would like to keep you up to date with what we are doing and may contact you from time to time with details of new products etc. We will store your name, address telephone number and e mail address for that purpose only.
We will never keep your credit or debit card details or any details of your bank account.
If you do not want us to contact you, please tick the required box at checkout.
In the unlikely event that we fall out, this contract is subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes would be dealt with in the English Courts only.
